Where will my car be kept?
Your car will be kept at a secure compound located less than 10 minutes away from the airport which is manned 24 hours a day with entrance security systems and CCTV.
Are the drivers insured to drive my vehicle?
Yes. All of our drivers are fully insured to drive all vehicles.
Do I get charged for making any amendments to my booking?
No. ADP Parking does not charge for any amendments other then the standard daily charge for extended number of days.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price we state is the price you pay.
Are there any charges for cancelling my booking?
No. ADP Parking does not charge you cancellation fees for cancelling your booking providing you notify us 48 hours before your departure date.
Does ADP Parking offer a customer loyalty discount scheme?
Yes. Once you have used our parking facility we will offer you a discount on your future parking with us.
Can ADP Parking accommodate for disabled persons?
Yes. As we operate a direct service to the airport terminals we can offer the best possible service to accommodate disabled customers.
Does ADP Parking offer a car valeting service so that my car is washed and cleaned upon my return?
Yes. ADP PARKING is offering a valeting service at a special offer. Please see our services.

Once you have booked with us you will be given the mobile number of one of our qualified drivers who will be handling your departure and arrival. This will be manned 24 hours a day.
20 mins prior to arrival at the airport call your driver and they will be waiting at the agreed collection point. Your car will then be inspected and the necessary paper work signed.
On your return to the airport phone the driver as soon as you have collected your luggage. This will ensure that your car will be waiting for you when you return to the collection point outside the terminal building.
The collection point for the North Terminal is opposite the Sofitel Hotel (stay in the right hand lane and veer to the right).
The collection point for the South Terminal is at the far end of the terminal on the lower forecourt.
Directions to Gatwick Car Parking North Terminal
Exit the M23 at junction 9 (The Gatwick Junction) and proceed along the dual carriageway to the South terminal roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout (Straight across) and carry on along the dual carriageway. At the next roundabout take the second exit for the North terminal and proceed to departures.
Directions to Gatwick Car Parking South Terminal
Exit the M23 at junction 9 (The Gatwick Junction) and proceed along the dual carriageway to the South terminal roundabout. Take the first exit and proceed to departures.
